Rezoning approved for $212 million Paragon Star
The much-anticipated Paragon Star development in west Lee's Summit took another step forward last week. The Lee's Summit Journal's Russ Pulley posted an article Saturday on the Lee's Summit City Council's approval for rezoning of approximately 120 acres on the site of the proposed $212 million dollar mixed-use development. In the piece, Pulley said this fall's planned groundbreaking comes after nearly five years of preparation by developers Bill Brown and Flip Short.
