The public hearing for the Strother Lofts projects, proposed for the former downtown USPS site is concerning rezoning of the property to mixed use. The purchase of the property is currently under contract with Yarco-Devco. Veteran developer and commercial realtor, Jim Harpool has partnered with Yarco-Devco, LLC for the proposed development.
