LS Symphony sets date for annual holiday performance

Looking for a little music and holiday magic?

The Lee’s Summit Symphony will will play it’s annual holiday concert at 3 p.m., Dec. 15 at The Pavilion at John Knox Village. Doors open at 2 p.m.

The Symphony will perform many favorite holiday classics, including O Holy Night, The Polar Express, Feliz Navidad and White Christmas. Featured performers include Anna Christine Woiwood, Midwest Boys Choir, dancers from KC Dance Company and vocal soloists, Holly Dahn, Beth Files, Jane Kicklin and Stephanie Holdmeyer.

Previous concerts have sold out, so the Symphony officials are encouraging early ticket purchases. Advance tickets may be purchased at both Lee’s Summit Hy-Vee locations and at the Price Chopper stores at Lakewood and Raintree Lake or online at lssymphony.org.
