A community concert featuring... the audience

The Choral Foundation is offering the community to come together for a collaborative performance and sing-a-long of "The Messiah.”

The oratorio by George Frideric Handel is a world-famous oratorio. The Choral Foundation plans to perform the piece at 4p.m. Sunday Dec. 2 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Lee’s Summit. The audience is invited to sing along with the Christmas portion of the piece.

Dr. William Baker will direct the performance, which will be accompanied by members of the Lee’s Summit Symphony. Featured soloists will be Beth Munce, Erica Seago, Sean Sweeden and Chris Munce.

Admission is free, however a free will offering will be taken to benefit Hillcrest Transitional Housing.
